Pre-Order Waffle
Madelyn’s Signature Hand-Painted Waffles on Vintage Pyrex Plates
Available for a Limited Time Only
Place your order now and allow up to one month for production. Due to the nature of oil paint and its slow drying time, these hand-painted pieces take time to complete and cure properly.
Each waffle is individually hand-painted by Madelyn on a 9” vintage Pyrex plate, making every piece a one-of-a-kind collectible.
This piece has been created using oil paint on a glass plate. Due to the non-porous nature of glass, oil paint does not achieve the same level of adhesion as it does on traditional surfaces such as canvas or wood. As a result, the painted surface should be regarded as delicate and may be vulnerable to scratching, chipping, or peeling over time.
For preservation, it is recommended that the work be handled with care, kept free from direct contact with the painted areas, and displayed in a stable, protected, indoor environment. Hang it on your wall to be admired—not touched!
Plates are not food safe. Do not eat on them.
Please also note that oil paints don’t fully dry for a year—while it might be dry to the touch, it should still be viewed as wet, especially the thick “butter”!
